Closure Construction is a general contracting company that started in 2002.  The title “Closure” was selected for the company as a reminder to focus on the details of a project, and finish every item we were hired to do. Since 2002 Closure Construction has worked on projects from residential to commercial work, small and large projects.  We have made great relationships with vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, designers, architects, engineers, and dogs.  Over the years we have weeded out the sub-par sub-contractors to create a healthy, safe, and enjoyable job site environment.

Why CCI?

Knowledge. We not only know decking and landscaping, but we understand the complete package of your property and house, and the effects of alterations to the house and landscaping.  There are often reactions to alterations to a building and land. As general contractors, we have been educated and have experienced in how alterations will change existing conditions, to foresee the effects of your alterations, and address any issues that may arise.

Ease.  We offer services from planning to paint. CCI has project design services to get you started with your project.  We can put your vision on paper so we can all see what is to be built before we build it. From the planning stage, we can estimate the cost and create a budget.  We have relationships with financial institutions that can help you with paying for the project if you need.  Maybe you have plans and a budget, and the financing is taken care of; we can start from there.
